Same Sex Pairs I Masters I Nov 2022
Masters assemble!
November will see us host the legends of fitness again at CrossFit Colchester this same sex pairs competition.
The competition will run 12pm – 5pm on Sunday 6th November and is for same sex pairs with a combined age of 70 years and over (both athletes must be at least 30 years of age on comp day).
We will have 15 male pairs and 15 female pairs competing on the same day with a leaderboard and podium for each gender.
This is a CFC Events ‘Category One’ event and you can find the movement standard below. This competition is for EVERYONE and for all abilities.
Our podiums will be draped in prizes from our sponsors and the winning duos will take home £100!
