Masters Inclusive Mixed Sex Pairs (Combined age +75 Years)
In February 2022 we are very excited to welcome back our masters competitions and kick things off with a mixed sex pairs competition!
The competition will run 1pm – 6pm on Saturday 26th February and is for mixed pairs with a combined age of 75 years and over.
This is an ‘inclusive’ event which, to us, means the movements and workouts are accessible to people of most abilities.
Don’t expect an easy day!
Do expect to have a great time doing some fun PE in a buzzing comp day environment.
And regardless of whether this is your first competition or your 20th – you will be tested by some well-rounded fitness tests!
