Masters Mixed Sex Pairs [CAT 2] Sunday 12th May

Masters pairs must have a combined age of 70 years or more.

This is a ‘Category Two’ event and you can find the movement standards HERE.

This competition is for EVERYONE and for all abilities but requires ONE of your team to be capable of all movements you might see in the CrossFit Open 👏🏻

Expert Judges

Gone are the days of volunteer judges at CFC. From 2023, all judges will be paid AND hold the CrossFit Judges Course Certificate. We’re asking for the best of you as athletes, so it’s only fair that we provide you with the best judges in the game.

Athlete Packs

Every athlete will now receive a goody bag filled with bits and bobs to get them through the day. Drinks, snacks and recovery goodies for everyone. Plus we’ll cheers the day with a celebratory drink during the podium presentation, drinks on the house of course.

Heroes Prizes

We promote our competitions as being for EVERYONE, but until now, we’ve only rewarded the podium with prizes… not anymore! Our expert judges will now be rewarding a workout hero to take home a prize, one hero for every workout. The criteria… just try hard! Try hard in the workout, try hard supporting your team or try hard to have a #lovelytime.
